A Guided Ritual For Men
You're hungry for fulfillment. You're looking outside yourself at a collapsing world that's suddenly holding you accountable, and you don't know where to go to heal, vision, or walk in power with others.
Your Body is asking for more presence, and your Divinity is asking for you to Trust more.
In Sense + Spirit we will engage in practices that amplify both Presence & Divinity and map, what desires arise when those channels are open and tended to.
You're hungry to remember the intuition that lives in your body — and to trust it (without having to head to the local yoga studio-yet).
This is that space. We’ll have an hour together to relax into practice with the Divine, to remember what sensuality feels like — not lust, but presence. And from there we will distill desire into dharma (your soul’s path).
What we'll do together:
A guided, non-explicit embodiment practice and energy-clearing meditation to begin. Then, space to begin mapping your desire — asking questions, discovering what you want for yourself and your relationship with Source, clearly and without judgment.
You can put your decision-making, your masculine drive, down. Climb into divine’s lap for rest and ease. I'll guide you deep into your body to reconnect with the Self beyond the noise, introduce you to spiritual ideas and concepts to play with in your day to day life, and we'll close by exploring desire together — through dialogue, and through being seen.
You'll walk away with:
New insight into what being in your embodied Self feels like.
Clarity on the beginnings of what you actually desire.
& Unrestricted spiritual support drawn from sacred text — all from the comfort of your own private space.

Hi! I’m Kristina, I’ve been working with men for 20 yrs in the tattoo space and I really enjoy your species (most of the time).
Something I’ve been seeing lately is blatant male bashing without any space to bring you into the conversation of healing what has gone array.
